Pasta with Peppers and Mozzarella

My mom’s family got together this last weekend for a summer picnic. Unfortunately, the baby decided to stay awake the entire night before, so we weren’t able to drive the 2 hours to take part. Luckily, my mom has given me the full download of who was there, what cute & funny things the kids did, and most importantly, what food everyone brought.

Homemade Irish Cream

Sometimes, a guy just needs to take the edge off after a long day of work, or dealing with the wife & kids. For this reason, I always have bottle of Irish Cream in the fridge. For the past  years, St. Brendan’s has been my choice, mostly because it’s made in Derry (where I lived for a short time), but also because it’s a few bucks cheaper than Bailey’s.
